12 manicotti shells, uncooked
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
Make It!
HEAT oven to 400ºF. Microwave soup, water and VELVEETA in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 3 min. or until VELVEETA is melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after 2 min.; pour 1/3 into 13x9-inch baking dish. Set aside. Add broccoli to remaining soup mixture.
STUFF manicotti with chicken; place in baking dish. Top with remaining soup mixture and Parmesan; cover with foil.
BAKE 45 to 50 min. or until manicotti is tender and chicken is done
THIS IS THE RECIPE I GOT FROM THE KRAFT FOODS WEBSITE HOWEVER I DID A BIT OF TWEAKING!!
*I marinated the chicken (after i cut it into strips) in a little bit of italian dressing while the oven was heating so I could have some flavor in the chicken. I've made this before and there was NO FLAVOR in the chicken. This time it was really good. We liked it!
I used the 2% Velveeta for it and I'm pretty sure it may have 'seperated' because it looked slightly narsty! However I covered it with some shredded cheese so AJ would eat it! And he loved it!! bwaaa haa ahaaa haaaa
